Here we observed a Pooja ceremony which is a prayer ceremony.Later we went on a boat. Aman was rowing and we went by the area where the Hindus make their funeral pyres and burn their dead. It was just AMAZING!!!!!!The rickshaw ride back after dark was so- o - o - exciting to say the least.

We did the same thing again in the morning but the bus was able by then to get much closer to the river and we walked to the Ghats to view the ganges at sunrise. here we viewed the locals doing their daily ablutions - - bathing and washing and doing the washing etc. by the shoreline.
